How on earth did my baby get to be almost 2??? I'm at the "he'll be 2 in May" point when people ask me how old he is which is just crazy. Though I'm having a hard time the the "she'll be 4 in June" for Audrey too, but that is a different post... Chase continues to be Chase and is such a fun loving kid. His laugh is contagious. His favorite activities right now are: running (or galloping) in circles around the house (especially right before bed time), "helping" with everything I do (making coffee, cooking dinner, you name it), and doing anything and everything his sister is doing (for better or worse). There is no more getting 1 of something. If Audrey has something, Chase must have it as well. Which is proving to be tricky at dinner when Audrey eats and Chase doesn't, he doesn't quite get "no treat for you" just yet... He loves anything with wheels or that moves (hint hint for probably birthday party theme) and loves being in the car and pointing out all of the trucks, buses, cars, garbage trucks, etc. He knows what a bulldozer, loader and excavator are and what they do (do you?). Yes, he's a boy. His talking is coming along, or his words are coming along I should say. One day we will fully understand him, hopefully sooner than later...
