Well I feel like I am constantly writing about Chase and not so much about Audrey. So I decided to give her an entire post to herself just for the heck of it. She is growing up SO quickly it is crazy. The biggest deal was her getting potty trained this summer! We talked and talked about it and she had no interest in it forever. Finally the week before we went on vacation (4th of July week) she decided she was ready and went from diapers to none in a day. Oh how I love not buying diapers for both of them!
Audrey starts pre-school in a couple weeks which is exciting and overwhelming all at the same time. How is she old enough for pre-school??? She is very excited about "school" and I know she is just going to love it. She is going to be a little upset when I drive her instead of the school bus picking her up (she wants to ride the bus SO bad!).
She has become quite the big girl this summer which has been fun and frustrating to watch. She has turned into quite the little boss and is very opinionated on everything. She is very clear what she wants and doesn't want, which is great except when she can't have what she "really wants". I have found myself in constant battles with her arguing over the silliest things. She argues because she "wants it" and I argue back because I'm supposed to be in charge... Right?? She has become very picky about what she wears and we spend a great deal of the time the morning discussing which dress she is going to wear. She will only wear dresses and has only a few that make the cut weekly which proves to be challenging when one of them is dirty. I am a little nervous about her fall wardrobe, but I think it will be fun for her to go pick out some clothes at the stores herself for the first time (she picked out shoes today, not shoes I would EVER buy, but she liked them so who am I to say no).
She seems to like being a big sister which makes me so happy. Chase loves her and always wants to be right next to her doing what she is doing. She is adapting to this, and depending on her mood is a great with him or horrible. Her mood dictates the household to be honest, we cross our fingers at night that she is in a good one because it makes for a much more pleasant evening... She is the sweetest thing when she wants to be but I have no doubt I have met my match...

AHHHH!!! LOOK AT HER!!!! I cant not WAIT to see her! shes so big!!! god, if shes gorgeous now, cant wait to see her in 10 years :)
